Our Daycare pages have been updated – you can now find and download Rising Stars price list, parent packs, dinner menus and holiday forms under the daycare tab at the top of our homepage.
As part of our Summer Learning Challenge we’re asking all learners to have a go at the National Trusts 50 Things to do before you’re 11 and a half list. Don’t panic – we’re not suggesting you try all 50 things this summer – but perhaps choose at least one thing off the list each week to have a go at.
The great thing about these challenges is that lots of them can be done wherever you are – in your back garden or on a beach in the sun.
Don’t forget to visit out Summer Learning Challenge Blog and fill in the form to tell us which challenge’s you’ve tried and how you got on – we’d love to hear about it.
This summer get involved with ‘The Big Friendly Read’ challenge. It’s free to join in – visit any library to sign up and collect your challenge card. Read six books over the summer holiday – that’s just one a week and even a week off! There are lots of great prizes and rewards to collect too. Don’t forget to visit our Summer Learning Challenge Blog and fill in the form to keep us updated with your progress. Good Luck!
Check out Zofia’s blog post about her seaside adventure – she managed to squeeze loads of summer challenges into just one day – not to mention using some Literacy and Maths Skills – fantastic!
We’ve had a fantastic response to our summer learning challenge already – there has been Kite flying, hill rolling, slug racing, den building, barefoot walking and much more. Not forgetting those who have already signed up for the Big Friendly Reading Challenge. Don’t forget to visit our Summer Learning Challenge blog and complete the form to tell us all about the challenges you’ve completed.
